Sales Assistant (Hsk5/Hsk6)

Navigos Search is a FDI company, looking for a Sales Assistant, who is: - Get forecast from customer and arrange delivery on time based on customer request. - Get support from administration to proceed business by following internal rules. - Train and supervise the young staff to maximize the team performance. - Daily conversation with customer to adjust delivery timing and quantity and exchange information - Report all the claim or any customer related information to Manager and General Manager. - Get forecast from molders on time and report to Manager. - Arrange delivery based on customer PO based on GM confirmation - Arrange delivery following payment before delivery based on GM confirmation - Input GSAP correctly - Input logistics expense. - Make report of payment of agent commission to Head quarter and input into SAP. - Other necessary duties assigned by General Manager

- University Graduate. - At least 2 years of similar experience  - Chinese HSK5 or HSK6 - Good English skills - Good to have experience in Japanese company; experience to use delivery system like SAP. - Good skills of Microsoft Offices. - Strong communication, negotions skills, - Team player who can also strategize, act, and execute independently
