Sales Assistant

Location: Cần Đước - Long An (Having a shuttle bus to pick up employee from HCMC every day).

Key responsibilities:

• Follow up sale orders, ensure delivery on schedule.

• Take samples to greet customers at the warehouse, check sample quality and send samples to customers.

• Drafting and managing administrative documents related to sale activities such as contracts, quotation sheets, offer letters, invoices v.v

• Communicate management's direction to relevant individuals and departments (warehouses, production, QC…)

• Prepare shipment instructions before delivery.

• Coordinate with 3rd party and book for trucking

• Submit sales documents to the accountant at the end of the day and require for billing.

• Coordinate with clients and internal departments in the company to handle complaints/problems arising at work.

• Perform other tasks as required by management.

• Consulting and explaining properly, fully, and honestly about the Company's products to customers.

• Developing sales market.

• Record market price and prepare ad-hoc report as required.

- Education/Academic: Graduated from national university, HCM economic or university of foreign trade university.

- Language/ Computer: Competent communication in English is required. Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint, and other office computer skills.

- Technical Skills/Competencies: Must be good in communication, relationship building, and coordinate skills; must be able to work with diverse team members across locations but still can work independently.

- Behavioral Competencies: Sharp, honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude, fast learner and ready to grow.

- Work Experience: Fresher or less than 1 year experience.
