Sales & Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and budget to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, customers’ demand and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with corporate partners for corporate training opportunities and further collaboration. Reach out to new clients for increment of corporate training contracts and revenue.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote college programs and services.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Lead Generation and Conversion
• Develop lead generation strategies to attract prospective students and corporate clients.
• Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up to convert them into enrollments or partnerships.
• Work closely with sales staff to ensure smooth transition from lead to enrollment.
Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct periodical market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Implement and maintain a CRM system to manage customer interactions and data.
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve products and services.
Team Management and Leadership
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members.
• Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing department.
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• When you are assigned to work on a project, the Project Leader is your supervisor and you will report to the person. An appraisal will also be carried out by the Project Leader on your performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing managerial roles, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
