Job Summary:
• Provide timely and effective administrative support to the Sales team.
Job responsibilities:
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Update contents/changes to sales administration/support policies and procedures on a periodic basis
• Coordinate with other key functions in organization in gathering and verifying all necessary information for sales target tracking and incentive payment.
Job requirements
Job requirements:
• Knowledge and background on FMCG.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proven knowledge and experience in SAP.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Certificate/diploma in business administration, or equivalent
