Safety Officer (Giao Tiếp Tốt Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Hoa)

1) Identify and assess hazards, risks, and control measures for a specific operation or process.

2) Conduct ongoing review of operations and processes to identify potential hazards, risks, and control measures that should be implemented to reduce these risks, including all costs involved in implementing such measures.

3) Assess and document hazards, risks, and controls in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices.

4) Set up and supervise temporary work areas.

5) Supervise the safe handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials.

6) Supervise the operation of any potential hazards in the workplace.

7) Improve workplace safety and employee productivity by transitioning from manual safety procedures to IT systems HSE requirements.

8) Provide HSE training if necessary.

9) Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies and local regulations are followed.

10) Investigate workplace accidents and injuries and refer them to the proper authorities.

More than 5 years’ experience in the field of HSE. Previous experience in heavy machinery industry and construction projects are preferred.

Possess of qualification required by the local law and policies stated from the government bodies.

Strong analysis skills and sensitive to potential physical hazards and unsafe mentality.

Fluent in Chinese and local languages. Excellent communication skills to coordinate progress and decision in matrix organization.

Strong resilience to handle complicated situations and fast-paced working environment.

Strong ambition to success and solid track record showing making things happen.

Have a university degree and career background from reputable companies in the industry.

Station in Ho Chi Minh and willing to travel on demand.
