[Retail] HR Director/ Chief of Human Resources - Store Chain

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR matters, including talent management and development.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Establish effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Develop and maintain talent management programs, including performance reviews and succession planning.
3. Employee Relations:
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture by encouraging open communication and resolving employee concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and address disciplinary matters as needed.
4. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and design relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development to support career growth within the organization.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
6. HR Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local and federal regulations.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR documentation as required.
7. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
• Champion DEI initiatives within the organization and collaborate on strategies to create an inclusive and diverse workforce.
8. HR Analytics and Reporting:
• Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and drive HR strategies.
• Prepare and present HR reports and insights to senior management.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRD in a large-scale retail (Store Chain)
• Proven track record of leading HR restructuring, OD, transformation, and developing HR strategies.
2. Attributes:
• Possesses a system and logic mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a solid business mindset with a focus on aligning HR with organizational goals.
• Proficient in fostering and developing organizational culture.
• Adaptable, decisive, and agile in responding to changing circumstances.
