Research & Innovation Analyst

I. What you need to do

We are seeking a dynamic Research & Innovation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will spend 60% of your time conducting research and 40% managing innovation-related projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in research or related fields and a passion for translating insights into actionable strategies. This position reports to the Head of Think It.

Research (60%):

• Conduct comprehensive desk research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

• Design, implement, and analyze surveys to gather customer and market insights.

• Compile, interpret, and synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

• Create detailed reports, presentations, and data visualizations to effectively communicate research findings.

• Stay current with industry best practices, new research tools, and innovative methodologies.

Project Management (40%):

• Manage end-to-end innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

• Ensure efficient use of resources and proactively address potential risks or roadblocks.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in research, market analysis, or project management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Google Forms) is a plus.

• Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus but not required.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
