Job description
RnR (by Domain Leader)
- Ensuring compliance with internal software requirements analysis processes and ensuring the quality of requirements and documents will be within your responsibility.
- Ensure that the software/ system being developed meets the needs and expectations of stakeholders, and that it is developed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Propagate LGE's requirement analysis process/infra(CB) guide to LGEDV developers
- Responsibility for QandA of requirement analysis from developers
- Review Requirement analysis output (Customer Requirement Specification, System
Requirement Specification, SW Requirement Specification…)
- Quality improvement Requirement analysis output (Customer Requirement
Specification, System Requirement Specification, SW Requirement Specification…)
- Report progress and status to Requirement manager in project
- Encourage to complete analyze requirement items assigned to LGEDV based on project schedule.

Job requirements
Competencies:
- Fluently in English and Strong communication skill.
- Structured way of working and Process/ Solution-oriented thinking.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job satisfactorily
- Experience in SW development (more than 3 years).
- Experience in System/SW requirements analysis.
- Experience in using ALM tools (e.g. Polarion, codeBeamer) and requirements
management tools (e.g. Doors).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or have extensive knowledge in the Automotive SW development industry.
- Being able to communicate in Korean is a plus.
