Renewables Engineer (Ứng viên có thể đi làm sau Tết)

Operation of Solar and Wind Turbine Projects:

• Ensure maximum efficiency during the operation of RE projects to achieve budgeted results.

• Monitor performance and conduct routine inspections/measurements of power quality injected from RE projects to customers’ factories and the industrial zone’s 22kV common grid in coordination with DCGE’s operation team (22kV team).

• Perform daily and monthly inspections of the projects.

• Develop maintenance plans and supervise all troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

• Manage spare parts Min-Max control and ordering when stock is low or at minimum levels.

• Coordinate with the 22kV team, technical vendors (UNISON and BEC), and other stakeholders as needed.

• Supervise subcontractors during maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Prepare all operational reports as required.

• Plan budgets.

Development of New RE Projects:

• Prepare preliminary designs, review designs from external consultants/contractors, and evaluate all technical aspects of RE projects.

• Collaborate with department’s head and other stakeholders to develop project execution plans, budget, and schedules.

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of all RE investment projects, including technical evaluations of bidders, contractor coordination, and supervising construction works, testing, and commissioning to meet investment target.

• Monitor project progress and provide reports accordingly.

• Support the permitting process for projects from a technical perspective.

Support for 22kV Team:

• Participate in maintenance and troubleshooting jobs in the 22kV grid network.

• A university degree.

• Any certifications that support the job application are a plus.

• Experience in the development and operation of renewable energy projects.

• A multi-year background in an MV-HV electrical operation environment is a plus.

• Experience with wind turbine projects and related certifications is a plus.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• A can-do attitude; proactive, willing to contribute, and focused on achieving common goals as well as personal growth.

• Good communication skills in English.
