JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement a regional sales plan that meets the objectives of the National Sales plan and is in line with brand strategy and the needs of the trade.
- Manage the distribution within the Region to ensure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and the needs of the market.
- Sales Report, Planning and Analysis
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales strategic plan to achieve the given target.
- Execute sales activities and effectively manage sales performance.
- Explore new business opportunities through development of partnership with hospitality groups, consultant, dealer and owners.
- Establish close working relationships with the customers to gain high levels of support.
- Conduct market intelligence including general business practice and competitors to define appropriate sales plan.
- Timely evaluate sales progress and results to make suitable changes or adjustments.
- Business plan by year, quarter, month, set specific targets for the department and the individual, organizational development, supervise and monitor the implementation, evaluation and implementation of the direction improve business operations.
- Market research, analyze, evaluate customers & competitors, planned approach potential customers and types of opponents.
- Report to Sales Marketing Director/ Managing Director about sales performance on weekly and monthly basic.
- Coordinate with Division / Department concerned in the implementation of the contract / project, including debt collection.
- Research and proposed establishing strategic partnerships with potential customers.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research to develop more new business in the area restaurants, hotels for goals stable, long-term company.
- Other duties as assigned by Sales Marketing Director/ Managing Director
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Sales Marketing Director/ Managing Director in all aspects of APEC area
Authorities:
- Actively make proposals or contributive ideas to the plan, and solutions relating to other related departments.
- Coordinate well with other departments to fulfill all assigned responsibilities.
- Request other departments to expedite jobs following the committed schedule to meet the requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
Educational background:
• Major: Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, or law.
• Languages: Fluency in English; knowing another language is an advantage.
• Computer skills: Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience: 05 years of experience in similar positions, 3-5 years sales engineering experiences Refrigeration, Kitchen equipment
• Age: above 35 (Male)
Skills:
• Organization and leadership skills.
• Planning and report skills.
• Supervision and monitoring skills.
• Communication and presentation skills.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Willing to listen to clients and colleagues with proper sharing and understanding.
- Willing to prioritize the Company’s benefit on top of personal benefit.
- Be fair, sincere and loyal to Company.
- Friendly, be a good team player, and set good examples for the team to follow.
*BENEFIT:
Salary: 3,000 – 4,000 USD
Allowances: As per Company’s policy.
