The Regional Sales Manager / Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and expanding the regional network of direct dealers and partner shops in each province and district. This role focuses on achieving market share growth, managing the local sales representative team, and executing sales strategies to ensure targets are met for residential air conditioner products. One position will be based in the south of Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) and the other in the middle of Vietnam (Da Nang).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Regional Network: Build and expand the network of direct dealers and partner shops across various provinces and districts, with a focus on the shop/installer channel for residential air conditioners.
• Sales Target Management: Execute and oversee sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential air conditioners, both unitary and multi-split systems.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the local sales team, ensuring they achieve Individual High Standards (IHS) of network development and performance. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure high team productivity.
• Distributor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners. Evaluate their performance and implement strategies to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
• Customer Credit & Payment Management: Monitor and manage customer credit and payment processes, implementing risk controls to minimize financial risk.
• System Training & Verification: Provide training and verification for the company’s sales and retail systems, ensuring that sales representatives and partners adhere to company processes and standards.
• Market Share Growth: Focus on increasing market share within the residential air conditioner market, specifically through the shop and installer channels.
• Sales Leadership: Mentor and coach the sales team, providing clear goals and objectives to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, adapting sales strategies to meet evolving market demands. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry, specifically focused on residential air conditioners.
• Expertise in managing shop and installer channels with a deep understanding of residential air conditioner distribution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead a sales team to achieve targets.
• Experience in distributor and partner relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use market research to drive business decisions.
