Recruitment Manager

As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent while aligning recruitment practices with our organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Source, recruit, and hire workers, staff with a focus on the agriculture industry.

• Leverage recruitment tools and strategies to find the right fit for each position.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term business objectives.

• Anticipate workforce needs and adapt strategies to support organizational growth.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the recruitment team to deliver outstanding results.

• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage workloads to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Ensure transparent and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations while upholding ethical hiring practices.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

• Provide insightful reports and recommendations to HR Director.

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee retention.

• Have at least 3 years of experience

• Graduated from University with majors in business administration, industrial management, human resources management, payroll, and office administration
