Description
Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additional you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance.
Profile
We are looking for colleagues with:
* Experience in Sales and/or Recruitment
* First operational experience
* University Degree
Furthermore you should be highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, team oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial spirit.

Previous experience in recruitment or a sales capacity is highly regarded.
Being inquisitive is essential as is business level communication, strong interpersonal, decision-making and organisation skills.
Solid business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
A natural inner drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate both personal and team success.
The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities.
The ability to handle adversity and rejection.
Experience handling Business Development and Key Account Management tasks across industries is advantage.
