Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their next career opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
* Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
* Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
* Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
* Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
Profile
Candidates we believe are successful in the role have these skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in recruitment or a sales capacity is highly regarded.
* Being inquisitive is essential as is business level communication, strong interpersonal, decision-making and organisation skills.
* Solid business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
* A natural inner drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate both personal and team success.
* The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities.
* The ability to handle adversity and rejection.
* Experience handling Business Development and Key Account Management tasks across industries is advantage.
