• Reception Management: Welcome visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain a professional
front desk; Arrange meetings and prepare materials.
• Operations Coordination: Supervise subcontractors for office cleaning and catering services;
Manage company vehicles and schedule transportation.
• Legal Support: Assist with work permits and visas for foreign employees, ensuring timely
renewals.
• Administrative Support: Provide general support to departments and maintain office standards.
Job requirements
Requirement (degree of which level): University
Major: BA, Economics, Finance, Accounting, sale/marketing or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Languages Skill: English (Professional communication skills), Spanish (Pleasurable)
