Receivable Accountant (1 Year Contract)

- Check and compare sales data with customers.

- Issue invoices, receipts, statements, test reports, and payment-related documents as requested by customers (if any).

- Check and calculate sales policies for customers (discounts, etc.).

- Perform tasks related to debt collection, set up and send periodic debt reports.

- Perform various tasks to reconcile debts and resolve arising issues.

- Calculate documents related to receivables into accounting software.

- Other tasks are assigned.

* What you should have:

- Graduated from University/ College majoring in Accounting/ Finance.

- Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a receivable accountant.

- Mastering accounting operations.

- Proficient in using accounting software such as FAST, Microsoft Office, Excel.

- Good data analysis and synthesis skills.

- Good communication skills to handle issues related to debt.

- Ability to work independently and in groups, ability to organize and handle work scientifically.
