RA Product Compliance Assistant (Contractor)

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collaborate with RA PC/BW VN to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to collect and clarify information for product dossier preparation for Cosmetic product categories (PC & BW)

• Dossier preparation for all product categories

• Dossier submission to authority, tracking status and follow up to obtain approval

• Follow and monitor the procedure of dossier preparation and submission until obtaining approval.

• Updating product approval to relevant stakeholders after getting approval

• Updating product approval to Accenture team to store and renewal reminder

• Building database and maintaining hard copy document of Compliance: product approval; CFS & POA; government letter (in and out); PIF of PC product if needed and others necessary. Updating master file/tracking file on time

• With support from RA PC/BW VN, being a Compliance representative in PTM calls for following up & updating with the business team regarding product dossier & submission.

• Support RA PC/BW VN on compliance activities: on-site audit of regulators, PIF audit, post-surveillance audit by authority, PR and payment.

• Bachelor degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Environment or equivalent.

• Good communication skill in English is an advantage.

• Attention to details, very well-organised, and logical/systematic thinking.

• Ability to liaise with other functions in Unilever and with Authorities.

• Experience (~ 1 year) in local regulations/legislations relating cosmetic/food/ antiseptic/pharmaceuticals is a good advantage.
