Quality Officer

*** Quality Control:

1. Lab Setting up for PFVN and budget control for lab CAPEX and testing budget with 3rd parties.

2. QC, Act as gatekeeper for quality control of random/snap check of bulk shipment, request for block and move stock to restricted areas and approval for shipment. (enable in SAP)

3. QMS, Setting up company SOP by coordinating with all department as part of total quality management, ensure continuous improvement with internal process, assisting customer claim with Sales and Customer Service team to find root cause and CAPA with suppliers. Record, report and control of Cost of Poor Quality.

4. Supplier Audit, Working with Sourcing Team before supplier onboarding and after onboarding to control supplier site quality, act as an expert to consult supplier how to improve their process and quality.

*** Technical:

1. Setting up machine arrangement and storage for leasing services and sales

2. Data sheet & NPA for new product development, coordinating with Sales and PD and Supplier to arrange product assessment test

3. Technical support: Manage local technical support team on demand

4. Work closely with PFAP Technical teams to advance and share knowledge, best practice, and ensure consistent execution in the region.

*** Local travel to job sites required

*** Professional:

• College Degree or above, at least 3 Year QA and Technical. Preferable with Experience in SAP.

• Working knowledge and experience in garments.

• Experience in QA and Technical management of textile and garment commodities.

• Able to work independently, efficiently, and reliably under pressure.

• Fluent in Vietnamese & English to deal with different level of internal and external stakeholder.

• Well-versed in terms of PDCA, Fish born chart, FMEA, and other QA/TECH tools.
