Quality Management Manager

Maintains quality objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.

Reviews data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.

Plays main role and prepares for annual quality management system (ISO 13485, ISO 9001…) certifications and audits.

Ensure company quality records are current and accurate based on internal processes.

Applies statistical process control methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.

Ensures all equipment, materials, and services are reliable to meet the required standards of performance efficiency.

Maintains knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.

Oversees the investigative and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues.

- Bachelor in electronics

- Min 5 years experience in QMS management position in electronics manufacturing company

- ISO knowledge

- Excellent communication skills both Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.5)

- Ability to set targets, motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets.

- Ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure and be self motivating
