Quality Inspector

Overview: As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they comply with regulatory standards and company specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspecting Materials and Components: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and components to verify their quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. This may involve visual inspections, measurements, and testing using various tools and equipment. Perform thorough inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

2. Quality Assurance Testing: Perform quality assurance tests on finished products to identify any defects, flaws, or deviations from quality standards. Document test results accurately and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including measurements, test data, and any deviations from quality standards. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible for future reference and auditing purposes.

4. Identifying and Resolving Issues: Identify quality issues or non-conformities and work closely with production teams to resolve them in a timely manner. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to prevent future quality issues.

5. Compliance Monitoring: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety. Ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and address any compliance issues proactively.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to address quality-related concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate inspection results, findings, and recommendations clearly and professionally.

• At least 2 years’ experience in quality inspection or a related field preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools.

• Proficiency in using measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.

• Bachelor or equivalent; additional certifications or training in quality control or inspection are advantageous.

• Proficient in oral and written English.

• Preferrable for candidates living in Binh Duong area.
