In charge of supervising, inspection and acceptance according to actual construction items and ensure accepted items comply with the design document / TCVN

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

- Coordinate with the Construction Management Department to check construction quality.

- Supervise the measurement and acceptance process, supervise the sampling of experiments for checking / testing.

- Joining in the acceptance process.

- Ensure that accepted items comply with design documents and instructions and current Vietnamese standards.

- Coordinate and support the resolution of problems arising at the construction site related to quality acceptance and quantity.

- Carry out tasks related to construction quality work under the direction of the line manager.

- Graduated from related University: Civil engineering, Transport and communication…

- Construction supervision certificate (Civil construction and industry, transportation construction, agricultural and rural).

- At least 5-7 years of proven experience in QC field.

- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office.

- Experience in quality supervising and organizing the construction of infrastructure works such as soft soil treatment, leveling, bridges and roads, steel structure.

- Experience in managing quality and construction progress of contractors and subcontractors.

- Experience in material checking and standard compliance.

- Experience as an assistance of construction project manager.

- Excellent attention to general aspect of soil / ground / material.

- Understanding of engineering science and technology.

- Knowledge of building and construction.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Able to work independently or as part of a team
