Job description
1. Analysis:
• Monitor & check the analysis activities in conducting analytical procedures, complying with SEQC regulations, and company/ factory/ LQC section regulations;
• Study and test methods, validate and develop analytical methods, update analysis and sampling techniques to increase accuracy and shorten analysis time;
• Monitor analysis results by outside centers, exchange information with outside centers when necessary;
• Inform to other departments when there is trouble/ abnormal analysis results and share abnormal trend of analysis results.
2. System:
• Organize, periodically review and update risk assessment tables and activities, records for ISO 9001/14001/45001, HACCP, FD systems, especially ISO 17025;
• Establish and update regulations and forms related to the systems of the LQC section;
• Compile and revise guidelines, regulations, analytical SOPs at LQC section follow instruction from superiors;
• Organize training for employees about new requirements or changes related to the system;
• Organize periodic practice activities as requirements of the system;
• Monitor safety, environment, quality target.
3. Develop analysis method:
• Coordinate test to develop new analysis methods or update current methods follow instruction of superiors.
4. Manpower management:
• Monitor the activities of LQC members, make adjustments timely to achieve section target;
• Train analysis methods for new employees.
5. Others:
• Make monthly activity plans, monitor activities and targets of the section, make and present monthly report and other report in Lab;
• Organize the implementation of 5S, OE, QC programs of section, encourage employees to give improvement ideas, share opinions and difficulties, support employees to solve problems and propose improvement ideas for section;
• Implement QWC requirements and Testing requests for materials;
• Support monitor and manage budget, ordering. Check, perform external analytical payment and related activities.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food chemistry, Analytical chemistry, Organic chemistry, or related majors;
- From 22 to 26 years old;
- Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;
- Have knowledge about ISO 9001/14001/45001, HACCP, FD and 17025;
- Understand the principle of sampling, analysis method, and machine operation to identify the cause of abnormal analysis results and propose a method;
- Able to use Labware function related to LQC operation to identify the cause of Labware mistake during operation and contact with related section;
- Be hard-working, proactive, and responsible;
- Years of experience: Not required.
