Job description
1. Handle customer claim issue
- Receive information, make containment action, do analysis, make countermeasure & evaluate effectiveness
2. Summarize claim and give systematic improvement
- summarize all claim & give out system cause --> cooperate with all team to improve system.
- implement lesson learning action for similar risk
3. Customer approval preparation:
- Collect and submit ISIR document to customer
Job requirements
- Male, from 23~29 years old
- Graduated from University majoring related to Technical: Automobile engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering,...
- Having experience at the same/relevant position is priority
- Good at English
- Haiduong resident
- Accept fresh-graduated
