QC Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our helmets meet the highest quality standards. This role involves working closely with operators, training them on quality procedures, analyzing quality performance, collaborating with related teams to resolve quality issues, and updating quality standards.

MAIN DUTIES:

1 Collaborate with QC operators to ensure adherence to quality standards.

2 Conduct training sessions for operators on quality control procedures and best practices

3 Analyze quality performance data and generate reports.

4 Work with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues.

5 Develop, implement, and update quality control standards and procedures.

6 Perform regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

7 Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and training sessions.

8 Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in quality processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls/Automotive)

Experience

• Have experience at manufacturing company. Prefer work in automotive company and Japanese company.

• Knowledge of quality control tool and methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
