Responsibilities and Duties
1. Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of up to 30-40 mixing manual and automation quality control specialists.
• Optimize team performance throughout multiple projects at the same time with measurable strategies.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
2. Project Quality Management:
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project quality.
• Define and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Define key metrics to propose and proof for client about Quality of all running projects and plan the strategies to start/alignment new projects in coordinate with multiple development team (Core/Backend/Frontend/Mobile)
• Test Plan and Test Strategy building.
• Experience in Test Performance is highly preferable.
3. Quality Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular quality reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose solutions and strategies to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
4. Team Building and Development:
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance team spirit and morale.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team.
• Organize team-building activities and initiatives to strengthen team cohesion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to address quality-related issues and drive process improvements.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 8 years of experience working background as QC.
• Have 2 experiences as a Project Manager / QC Manager or in a similar role.
• ISTQB Advanced Certificate is a plus
• Management skills with the ability to supervise and train a QC team.
• Strong knowledge of manual quality control processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams, and interact with other departments.
• Proactive, decisive, and able to take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have knowledge of Banking domain is Plus.
