QC Footwear (Chinese)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inspect production line setups and conduct quality control during production. • Verify packaging details with the business during die testing. • Attend die test meetings and document issues. • Assist in preventing quality issues through D/T and P/T tasks. • Monitor production quality and mold prevention. • Address emergency quality issues and create CAPs. • Verify daily pull tests and production schedules. • Sign off on test materials for internal and third-party testing. • Ensure orders aren't subcontracted to unauthorized suppliers. • Confirm raw materials meet quality standards. • Prepare for third-party inspections. • Manage during and final inspections. • Ensure fitting reports for production shoes. • Investigate illegal flocking and verify supplier information.

• 5+ years of experience as Quality role in Footwear industry. • Good English and Chinese communication skills. • Preferably with Walmart or Target experience.
