Laboratory activities

• Carry out analysis of incoming raw material with respect to quality specification

• Ensure that equipment is properly cleaned and that chemicals and other materials are appropriately stored. If any nonconformity happened, take action promptly to eliminate the threat and minimize the losses in consultation with superior

• Implement process improvement in the area of laboratory housekeeping (Five S/ Kaizen), HSE compliance

• Track usage of various materials/ consumables / equipment in laboratory. Share report with superior

Quality check activities

• Responsible for the samples analysis in laboratory include raw material, blending, hanakiri and other sample such as Customer’s sample with respect of quality specification

• Implement sample management by retaining all samples, all the blends, raw material

Customer complaint analysis

• Conduct quality related samples checks and analyze based on requirements

• Bachelor of Engineer / Diploma (Chemical), or equivalent (preferably Petrochemical Industry).

• Understanding technical and quality aspect of Chemical/ Lubricant industry.

• Have experience in the field of Chemical, preferably Petrochemical/Lubricant/Agrochemical Industry is advantage.

• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to analyze data and generate clear reports.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) is a plus.
