QA Supervisor

1. Responsible for preparing QA work plans, assigning to each QA/QA according to the mater OP, WIP, control quality status in manufacturing to meet company KPI (passing rate/defect rate).

2. Instruct and monitor QA/QC to conduct check sample, prepare QA file, conduct PPM and inspection (inline, prefinal and final inspection), prepare for customer inspection.

3. Strictly implement the quality control procedures, inspection standards and relevant regulations of customers, provide necessary training for QA/QC team (both internal QA/QC and factory QA/QC) perform proper inspection.

4. In case a serious quality issues happened on production or got quality claim, work with factory investigate with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide proper Corrective Action Plan (CAP), follow up and verify the corrective and preventive action taken to improve at specific timing in order to meet customer satisfaction.

5. Align with customer’s standard and implement to factory process to meet requirements. Conduct training for QA/QC team and factory for any update requirements.

6. Travel between around between several factories to spot check QA/QC’s activities, spot check inspection report, give proper instruction for improvement.

7. Maintain smooth communication with customers and sales/MD, timely transfer customer technical quality information to the factory, grasp and analyse the garment quality and ideological dynamics of the QA/QC in a timely manner, and regularly feedback to the upper level.

8. Conduct timely factory internal audit and work with factory management team to make improvement, follow up progress, make sure meet customer’s process controlling requirements.

9. Support team member for inspection if need.

10. Responsible for the internal daily/weekly/monthly report, coordinate the relationship among team members and make the team developed.

11. Regularly organize the internal meeting of review/summary, transfer relevant information and guide, train and improve the quality team and evaluate team by KPI then apply the incentive.

- Be able to travel for work
