QA Supervisor

• Organizing the implementation of quality control and meet customer's requirement

• Managing all internal and external regulation/standard related to technique

• Participating in the operator skill training and confirmation

• Organizing the implementation of quality control and co-ordinating with functions for the improvement in the production process

• Identify and recommend training needs for subordinates

• Managing machine, testing and measurement equipment

• Preparation customer’s requirement for the audit, check

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (priority electrical major)

• At least 3 years of experience in controlling quality (Experience in the position of QA Supervisor is preferred)

• Ability to communicate and make report in English

• Good in using Microsoft Office

• 5 Core Tools - 7 Quality Tools - 8D Report and PDCA is a plus

• QMS - IATF16949 Certificate and Internal auditor is a plus

• Reporting skill, Solving problem skill
