QA (Garment/apparel)

• Quality check for all inspections from pre-production to final inspection

• Find the root cause and make a corrective action plan for issues occurring

• Support the factory to improve production quality.

• Make the inspection report in English and report to the company leader about the problems during the

goods inspection.

• Adhere to all quality standards within the company in respect of the product, systems, and processes so as to ensure the effective management of the department.

• Go to factory to check goods regularly.

• Other tasks assigned by QA leader

1/ Experience Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience as QA/Technician at vendor or factory

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

• Have experience with Jacket (seam, down), Pant, Shirt... is prefered.

2/ Technical competency Requirements

• English communication skills (good at writing/reading/listening. Basic at speaking)

• Computer skills: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

3/ Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes

• Work as a team and independent

• Problem raising & following up

• Adapt ability, work under high pressure, quick learning
