Objective of position:
PVC Sales Supervisor is a position in the PVC Sales department. He or she has the responsibility for activities:
• Support PVC Sales Executives for sales activities to expand market share in the north.
• Support PVC Sales Executives/ Supervisor for smoothly sales and delivery to customers.
• Assist PVC Sales Group Leader as requirement and adherence to all relevant company objectives with support from PVC Sales Group Leader.
• Monitoring and controlling document as ISO requirement in Hanoi office.
Major Responsibilities:
• Co-operate with other PVC Sales Executives for sales activities.
• Co-operate with other PVC Sales Executives/ Supervisor to update delivery schedule.
• Assist PVC Sales Group Leader as requirement; visit customers as requirement.
• Handle logistics activities for import product.
• Control allocation volume for each forwarder (with support from PVC Sales Executive in first 3 months)
• Co-operate with Forwarder to deliver product to customers (with support from PVC Sales Executive in first 3 months)
• Follow delivery to customers; check with PVC Sales Executive to make sure that product had delivered smoothly.
• Co-operate with suppliers for smoothly delivery (with support from PVC Sales Executive in first 3 months).
• Make Daily report to Group Leader, Cc to Sales Executive
• Consolidate/update import data on server.
• Make monthly report imports transportation fees.
• Co-operate with Logistic, QA and other Group for solving delivery issues if any.
• Collect and send customers feedback or and complain to PVC Sales Executive and QA GL.
• Update KPI monthly and quarterly.
• Be main PIC of 5S activities in Ha Noi office.
• Monitor and control document as ISO requirement.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree holders and its equivalent.
• Well perform document in Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.
• Good English skill is an advantage.
• Experience that is genuinely required to perform this job at a necessary level.
