• Plan and manage purchasing supply to support business needs.
• Oversee indirect purchases, ensuring goods and services are of high quality.
• Control documentation for direct purchases.
• Ensure the timely and smooth import of goods.
• Oversee all customs activities related to importing and exporting.
• Implement procedures that comply with regulations and company policies.
• Regularly evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and align with company policies.
• Negotiate and discuss the terms of master contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues that arise during the purchasing process.
• Supplier management: quality, accounts payable, service, delivery, warranty.
• Balance the inbound plans and outbound plans with the warehouses.
• Manage team personnel, evaluate and monitor the activities and roles of each position.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 5 years of managerial experience in procurement and import/export.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities to build and maintain relationships.
• Advanced leadership skills with a focus on results and change management.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.
