Project Manager (PM)

- Develop and implement construction control measures, manpower, materials, equipment plans, and the overall and detailed project plans assigned;

- Supervise and manage the progress and quality of contract execution by contractors;

- Review and inspect documents and construction organization methods, as well as the quality plans of contractors in accordance with contracts signed with the Investor;

- Supervise and manage contractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with key milestones and timeframes of the project;

- Manage project-related risks;

- Manage site costs; Prepare Cashflow on a weekly and monthly basis;

- Lead the process of preparing project acceptance documentation with the Investor and Supervisory Consultant;

- Participate in meetings with the Investor and Consultant;

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Construction, Architecture, or related fields;

- At least 5 years of project management experience;

- Good knowledge of interior design; experience in technical aspects, basic construction, and interior finishing at construction sites;

- Quick-thinking and careful in handling situations on site;

- Dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible, and able to work under high pressure;

- Willing to travel for work to other provinces;

- Proficient in English for work.
