Project Manager (Open for Comtor, Korean Speaking)

Your daily task:

-Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese.

-Support leaders and development team in communication efforts, fostering effective interactions within the project.

-Assist leaders in planning, executing, and managing projects

-Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration.

-Create and maintain project documents and reports

-Facilitate project meetings

-Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements

-Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Your qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience working as Comtor or similar roles (excluding freelance work)

-Korean: TOPIK 5+

-English: Business English

-Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean

-Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement

-Proactive, positive, and responsible attitude

Nice to have:

-Experience working as Project Manager or Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner.

-Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

-Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams

-Experience working with Korean Clients.
