Project Manager - (DX) International Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to lead our digital transformation projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Description As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Project Planning & Execution: * Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, automation projects, and process improvements. * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Stakeholder Management: * Engage with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. * Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Risk Management: * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on the project's success. Team Leadership: * Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and deliverables. * Foster a collaborative working environment, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve successful project outcomes. ERP Implementation: * Manage the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, and training. * Work closely with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure the system meets business needs and integrates seamlessly with existing processes and technologies. Continuous Improvement: * Drive process optimization and digital adoption across manufacturing and business functions, ensuring that the digital transformation efforts yield measurable results. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. PMP or other Project Management certification is preferred. * Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience * Proven experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing environment. * Hands-on experience with ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
