OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Primary responsibility of Project Management Executive is to work with Research team in coordinating with clients and manage effective execution of research projects
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY
PRIMARY
A. Project Management
• Provides support and work closely with Client Service team for thoroughly planning and smoothly executing research projects including
Collaborate with Client Service team in setting-up research project, following up and monitoring all stages of execution
Manage fieldwork agency to ensure high quality recruitment of respondents for research projects including
ü Develop brief/request for recruitment
ü Check database to eliminate professional respodents
ü Follow up recruitment progress
ü Work with QC to back check respondents
ü Work with FW supervisor on field during FW conduction
Set up projects and other logistics to ensure smooth execution of the assigned projects by collaborating with internal & external stakeholders.
Develop individual job costs, monitoring efficient operation cost throughout the project under senior’s supervision to control cost and ensure profitability.
B. Client Service
• Act as a liaison between the Client and Dandelions on project-related issues under Director’s supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met
• Good understanding of key research methodologies/products to cascade and execute to ensure flawless execution of the projetcts.
• Day to day involvement with client projects, including
Develop quotation based on client’s request
Communicate with clients on on-going projects – arrangement, schedule, logistics arrangement, Zoom set-up, status update, project deliverables, costing, contract, invoice etc…
SECONDARY
C. Administrative tasks
• Develop and follow up on contracts, invoice and payment for projects to ensure paper works being finished timely
• Book, coordinate and follow up with freelancers (including moderators, translators) and services (facility, transportation, technicians) for ensure thorough project set-up
• Follow up, monitor and prepare payment for suppliers including but not limited to FW, freelancers, translators and services (transportation, hotels, facility etc.)
• Work with technician in setting up for client viewing of the discussion for assigned projects

REQUIREMENTS
• University graduate
• Fluent in English (most our clients are blue chip MNCs or regional/global consulting agencies)
• At least 2-year experience in project management or client service position
• High proficency in tech – working on shared point, Team/Zoom meeting, recording, MS Office
• Good organizational, planning & problem-solving skills.
• Quality driven
• Detailed oriented
• Highly resilient and good ability to work under pressure and cope with changes
• Good interpersonal skill. Experienced in coordinating & effectively managing suppliers
• High team work spirit and willing to corporate with team members to achieve common goal and excellent result.
• Good communication skills – clear, succinct & sharp
• High willingness to learn & self-progression.
SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS
• Salary:
o 12,000,000-16,000,000VND gross based on qualifications & experience
• Bonus:
o Year-end bonus (13th month)
