Project Management Engineer

- Oversee the daily Manufacturing and Engineering activities/operations of the production line. Assess project and resource

requirements

- Maintain strong collaboration with peers and multi-functional team to meet the project timeline.

- Review and drive for continuous improvement in the areas of productivity, quality, inventory and cost.

- Ensure operation is compliant to all safety, regulatory, customers and organization requirements.

- Determine quality control standards, oversee production processes OP.

- Coordinate with SCM team, logistics team, quality team to ensure production target and shipment target are meet.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve productivity, quality and cost targets.

- Assess personnel requirements based on business and employee needs.

- Continuously improve production functions and operation to meet the CIP

- Drive function team to prepared and reciprocal customer audit.

- Engineering, or science related bachelor's degree at least

- Experience in NPI development (new product)

- Experience in interacting with customers

- Capable in report writing, coordinate multi-function teams, and host online conference calls.

- Able to accommodate early morning or evening meetings.

- Proficient in English

- Proficient in using Microsoft office.
