Project Legal Manager – Real Estate Industry

• Start working after Lunar New Year 2025

• Project: Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem/ LOTTE PROPERTIES HCMC CO.,LTD

• The job objective is to:

- Ensure the necessary approvals/permits will be granted for the Project by the competent authorities at each stage and provide legal risk management measures

- Ensure the Project and the Company are in compliance with the current laws and regulations

• Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Review and interpret articles/clauses in laws and regulations relevant to all matters during each Project stage

- Research market practice related to legal procedures

- Provide legal opinions on the Company's decisions based on both laws/regulations and the market practice, and propose the most optimum measures for the Company

- Engage in discussions/persuasions with the officials at the competent authorities and establish relationships

- Review and appraise legal documents of the Company and the Project, including contracts, agreements, certificates, etc.

- Other tasks and duties assigned by the General Director and the team leader

- Bachelor's in related field (Degree in law preferred)

- At least 5 years' experience in project legal work

(Experience in real-estate sector and full project cycle preferred)

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Excellent research skills and timely documentation and reporting skills

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
