Job description
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage activities with departments in providing technical, materials status and handling orders, customer feedback by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate associates.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The primary point of contact for a variety of manufacturing functions and processes.
- Include but not be limited to all issue resolutions (internal and with customers).
- Interacting in a leadership role with production staff, maintaining critical Customer relationships.
- Manage customer responsibilities and contractual agreements, and keeping pace with timelines/deadlines committed to customers.
Job requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in production planning or a related position.
- Others:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Deadline driven.
* Excellent capacity to work with diverse groups of people.
