Project & Account Manager

Important notes:

1. This is a role for a full-time freelance independent contractor with no exceptions allowed for you to work in other roles concurrently.

2. As an exclusive independent contractor with us, you will get access to great pay & health benefits, as well as paid rest days that are equivalent to an EU company

3. If successful, you will join our young and growing team based in HCMC!

4. The role is primarily work from home but each week you will be expected to attend meetings in D1 on 1 or 2 days normally.

5. You must have excellent English to be able to carry out this role effectively.

6. Your working hours will be flexible to work a minimum of 50% of your working day in EU hours.

We’re looking for a Project / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth client relationships, seamless project execution, and day-to-day support for our CEO and the Brand Director. If you’re a highly organized multitasker with a passion for client success and marketing strategy, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Project Management

Plan, manage, and oversee client projects from kickoff to delivery.

Ensure deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met with precision.

Collaborate with the internal team (designers, copywriters, marketers) to deliver high-quality outputs.

Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication.

Understand client goals and ensure their needs are met through clear and actionable strategies.

Monitor project progress and update clients proactively.

Assistant to CEO / Brand Director

Provide day-to-day support in managing priorities, tasks, and schedules.

Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and track progress across various initiatives.

Assist in developing branding strategies and campaigns for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in project management, account management, or a similar role in marketing industries.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with marketing and branding processes.

Personality: A proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.

Tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana ) and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom) is a plus.

*This role is for an independent contractor / freelancer working from home primarily, with requirements to be in the office in HCMC from time to time, as well as opportunities for travel in future.
