1. Managing Request For Quote activity (RFQ)

2. Managing Prototype Build phase (NPI build)

3. Managing Change of BOM/ Design during Prototype phase

4. Main communication window between Unigen and Customer for the new project

5. Ensuring the readiness for mass production when handover to Production Program management.

6. Ensuring NDA sign with Customer

7. Ensuring MSA sign with Customer

8. Monthly RFQ Analysis report to Top Managements

Engineering:

• Proficient in reading and understanding Electronic Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Drawings (Assembly, Mechanical Parts).

• Skilled in using engineering software (CAM, CAD) to review technical drawings.

• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE), SMT, PTH, AI processes, backend, and assembly box build.

• Familiar with cable assembly and hardness testing.

Program/Project Management:

• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).

• Strong planning, time management, and team leadership skills.

Language:

• Proficient in English (writing, reading, listening, speaking) for communication with international customers.

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong email communication skills.
