RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage customers' contacts and develop relationships to provide personalized education solutions through various channels;

• Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting;

• Actively increase industry, product, and sales knowledge;

• Prepare analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities;

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and support in marketing activities;

• Other tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in Sales/Business Development in Education or Service industry;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;

• Passion in Education;

• Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;

• Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset.

Working location: 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Phu Ward (District 02), Thu Duc City, HCMC

Working hours (40 hours/week):

• From Tuesday - Friday: Shift 1 (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and Shift 2 (11:15 AM - 8:15 PM)

• Saturday or Sunday: From 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Mondays and 1 Weekend day off (Saturday or Sunday).
