Production Training Expert

Position Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of staff in the automotive sector, with a focus on electrical engineering/automotive development/manufacturing process/Sales & After Sales Services.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials and content.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessment results.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to ensure training content is relevant and cutting-edge.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

• Manage training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth execution of training activities.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior training staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a strong focus on Electrical Engineering OR Automotive Development OR Manufacturing OR After Sales Services OR Sales

• Proven skills in designing training content and delivering effective training sessions.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate training delivery and communication with international teams.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
