Production Team Leader (Garment / Textile)

- With Production and Merchandising experience in both Knit and woven product category.

- With strong product and material knowledge.

- Manage orders from order placement until shipment.

- With well experience in garment manufacturing and buying office from A to Z.

- Well experience in planning and analyzing production issues.

- Strong Follow up orders with vendors, suppliers and ensure order ship on time.

- Well experience in Garment Manufacturing process from materials receiving, fabric and materials inspection, cutting, production, finishing, washing, and packing area.

- With strong experience in working with the Sample room, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.

- Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated.

- Ability to build strong relationships with the vendors, suppliers, internal and external parties.

- Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines and a team player.

- With strong negotiation & leadership skills, and able to train & coach the team.

- Manage and supervise the workflow of 10-15 team members, motivate and keep the good atmosphere within the team.

- Well experience in both FOB and CMPT orders.

- Work closely with the Manager for any changes or improvements needed for the benefits of the company and the team.

- Well experience in preparing and analyzing reports such as KPI, inventory, liabilities, chargeback, payment, etc…

- Fluent in written and oral communication in both English and Vietnamese.

- Able to travel constantly within Vietnam area.

- University Degree holder

- With minimum 10-15 years’ experience in Garment Manufacturing and Buying office.

- With minimum 3 years’ experience as Team leader or Assistant Manager position in Garment Manufacturing and Buying office.

- Strong Negotiation skills

- Management & Leadership skills

- With planning experience

- With experience in 5S

- With strong initiative to learn new things and a Team player

- Able to train and coach 10-15 people

- Computer literate with advance knowledge in Excel, Microsoft word, Power point, PLM.
