Production Scheduler

Purpose of Role:

• Build detail Production scheduling for plans and organize to deliver the production output to achieve the results aim to achieve the P&D planned with safely producing and highest quality products and to meet customer expectation.

• Daily update detail order people 3rd party to ensure production activities.

• Incorporate with other cross functional teams to combine all activities such as Maintenance, Project, NPD/trial, PPE program, cleaning/change over, out sourcing… into Production scheduling to maximize the line efficiencies.

• Support teams to Stock count and Period closing to ensure the data comply with procedures and policies for these activities (clear COGI and explain for it).

• Support teams to follow up the POs to ensure data and documentation keep up to date for both SAP posting and on the shopfloor tracking/records to meet processing of Line Supply Line Return requirements.

• Incorporate with APMs for updated manpower of the production lines ensure the resource for production activities with highest output, low FTE and without OT violation caused by production planning issues.

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:

• Incorporate with P&D team and other teams to receive update detail scheduling and keep track for demand planning, delivery schedule, new products launch planning/promotion projects for:

- Daily/weekly production plan.

- Monitor and update production status to ensure timely PO completion (meeting POS teams)

- Daily updated detailed scheduling plans and allocate resource to ensure production activities (arrange and order people 3rd party).

- Adjust and updates to stakeholder for any changes in PO, RM/PM (check storage location of new material in PO to ensure it is correct and support production issues related to master data in SAP) or lines readiness to meet production orders.

- Incorporate with warehouse (inbound & outbound warehouse, flavor team) to order RM/PM from VFC warehouse to factory in time on full.

- Support to other teams (warehouse, procurement, engineering, etc.) to solve issues happened during the production lines run.

- Support to review and improvement for production efficiency.

• Incorporate with P&D to ensure all RM/PM adequate for production plan (domestic, export, new products, promotion materials …).

• Incorporate with Warehouse team to keep updating stock available of RM/PM in the Warehouse in order to build production scheduling in efficiencies.

• Incorporate with Maintenance team to capture and carry out the preventive maintenance plans to ensure the lines/machines are ready for production plan.

• Support to P&T, Projects and other teams to build plans for NPD/trial and other installation.

• Support to HR, CIPPE team to build plans for Production line for training activities.

• Incorporate with Production teams to keep update lines capacity, efficiencies, performance (OEE) and manpower need and status in order to build production scheduling for each machine/line in shift/daily/weekly/monthly.

• Support teams to stock count and Period closing to ensure the data comply with procedures on SAP and shopfloor, all data posting on SAP and tracking in timely.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge

• Major in Technologies or Economics or relevant certified.

• Good in industrial knowledge in production planning and organization.

• Good knowledge in SAP using.

• 2-3 years’ experience in Production Scheduling with SAP environment as daily working.
