Production Planning Staff (New Factory)

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Take the orders, analyze, and aggregate the data to make daily production plan and delivery schedule.

• Issue production orders and follow-up the actual production progress.

• Adjust production plan accordingly if having any affection.

• Optimize planning to get the shortest production lead times.

• Control in-house parts stock for continuous production operations.

• Master data management using SAP, Oracle and Asprova software.

• Liaise with other concerned departments for production control problem resolutions.

• Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.

• Contribute kaizen ideas about inventory and production control.

• Make the daily report on the production progress to the Head of Group.

• Education: University/ College in Industrial management, Business administration or relevant majors.

• Language: English communication and writing.

• Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Have knowledge of production control and planning operations and at least 01 year of experience as planning staff.

• Have good analytical, strategic thinking, time management skills.

• Be capable of handling multi-tasks, prioritizing and working with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.

• Can commute by motorbike to work.
