Production Planning Officer

- Prepare input for weekly supply analyze report (updated demand from system, capacity confirmed by Engineer, input the request output from production to adapt with demand & output confirmed from production supervisor or production manager)

- Plan both short term and long term to align with resources (capacity & materials availability) to assure service for customer & avoid exceed stock

- Create production orders & plan orders in the system (SAP), reschedule the plan weekly (if any change)

- Coordinate with procurement to ensure enough materials for production

- Ensure clean MRP: no production orders & plan orders in the past, no plan orders exceed the need..

- Ensure MPS under control

- Ensure plan orders confirmed during period directed by the managers to assure precise delivery confirm of customer's orders

- Communicate with customer planning (including CP in sale centers) about short and long-term plan

- Monitor rotation of semi products and finished production inside the plant, coordinate with production & quality for action

- Follow & monitor the fulfillment of output confirmed by production

- Manage sub-contractors for production planning

- Communicate with project team to create planning for samples

- Provide detail plan (CM01) to production, Quality.. and discuss arrangement with production to maximize output

- Follow up daily with Production Supervisor to catch up issues from production line and prepare action/back up plan to optimize output

- Ensure production orders released 1 week before production, & no material shortage for production orders

- Ensure plan orders are fixed capacity

- Ensure maximum confirmation of plan orders

- Ensure planning to meet requirement of OTD & stock level control

- Report monthly rate of confirmation

- Report weekly production fulfillment

- Reports and perform other tasks assigned by Planning Supervisor.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields

- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in similar position

- Competency: SAP in Supply Chain, knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management, English,

Microsoft Office Package, analytical/logical thinking, attention to the details/commitment to quality, organization and planning
