Production Planner - Chuyên Viên Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất (May Mặc)

- Upon receiving the order from Merch 2 or 3 months in advance, review the plant capacity and highlight any overcapacity issues to management for potential outsourcing

- Once management approval is obtained, coordinate with the Outsource Head to confirm plant availability

- Organize a meeting with the Outsource plant for an initial style review

- Develop Master T&A schedules for selected styles at each plant to meet the customer’s requested delivery date, involving relevant department heads and points of contact (POC), and publish to all stakeholders

- Schedule and manage all meetings, including Initial Style Review, Size Set Review, and PP Meetings

- Conduct daily follow-ups on plant output and share updates with management

- Address any deviations in plant output by collaborating with the Outsource Head and Operations Senior Executive/Executive to get back on track

- Escalate any high-risk delivery impact styles to management

- Participate in Booking Note meetings

- University degree with 3 years work experience as Production Planner in Garment/Textile Company with similar capacity.

- Strong English language skills (Written & Spoken)

- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

- Be responsible, careful, enthusiastic

- Goods communication skills and handle situation

- Ability to work under high pressure environment

- Ability to work independently, teamwork
