Production Merchandiser

- Receives production plan from Manager

- Double check fabric ETA is as planned (25 to 30 days from fabric purchase)

- Check fabric inspection (number of dye lots, identified defects) and get fabric shrinkage report from factory

- Passes info about shrinkage to pattern maker and gets updated paper patterns

- Brings the updated version to Manager and gets approval before applying on bulk

- Gives instruction to assistant to apply for garment testing and get results before fabric cutting (Garment testing to be applied on dark color)

- Follows fitting process from count fit to PPS approval and communicate accordingly with buyer

- Checks all samples sent (measurements, workmanship and fabric quality) with the help of the assistant

- Gets enough bulk yardage for collection sample + sealed samples + testing

- Ensures PPS is well made in 3 versions (office, factory and customer)

- Makes QC file (shade bands/order details/production mini marker/critical points PPT)

- Organize and conducts PP meeting with QC/Manager and Sample room

-Follow the full production process according to Market Fit QC process (Cutting report, 1st output report, inline reports, pre final inspection)

- Check report is completed on Google Drive on time

- Complete packing list (in buyer’s system or via Excel)

- Ensure shipping documents are sent within one week after on board date and online delivery list is updated accordingly

- Check fabric balance with factory

- Good command of English spoken and written.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field.

- More than 3-years’ experience in garment industr

- Attention to detail and organize.

- Motivated and willing to learn.
