Production Manager - PM

- To develop and manage an effective plan of overseeing the production process and production schedule, .

- To enhance company’s LEAN work practices. 5S Kaizen etc.

- To exploit new technologies where appropriate to achieve cost savings ..

- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs with QA.

- Cooperate with firm’s HR Department and develop skills training.

- Pre-production (planning) development.

- To embrace a culture and team spirit and leaning what it means to belong at Midway.

- Developing reporting procedures and systems to add value to department managers.

- Maintain and enhance health and safety guidelines across all processes in conjunction with HR and HSE.

- Perform any other duties within the bounds of Company policies that are requested by the GM.

* Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience as Production & Manufacturing management or Factory Manager in metals/stainless steel products’ manufacturing.

- Have an understanding that Leaders must EARN respect before they can receive it.

- Fluent English & be skill in using MS Office.

- Experience in Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD, and Solid Work knowledge is advanced.

- Must have a machanical engineering knowledge base.

- Strong leadership quality, time management skills, good planning skill & good in communication.

- Managing people in a challenging environment – Good at learning as well as leading.

- Budget management Experience.

- Handle Complexity and Pressure.

- Willing to handle multi tasks
